PADMA MOYER |
![]() When I was working on my Masters Degree at UC Berkeley, I was involved with The Integral Yoga Institute, where I lived for two and a half years. As I got older and felt the need to be more creative, I wrote and published short stories and then studied acting, appearing in plays, doing improvisation and being in the occasional movie. Fifteen years ago I learned to use EMDR and find it to be successful in overcoming obstacles, dealing with past trauma, helping with depression and enhancing self-esteem. I have also had great results using EMDR with fear of flying, as well as other phobias. I am comfortable working with both men and women in a wide range of current issues, as well as past trauma. I deeply value the couples’ journey and how it can heal and transform us. The couples I work with often report having learned how to be more connected while still being their individual selves. I am twelve-step friendly and enjoy working with diversity, both in ethnicity and sexual orientation. |
